Somatics comes from the greek word soma, which means “the living body.”
It’s about how we feel and experience our body from the inside—not how it looks or performs.
Through soft, simple movement and gentle touch, somatics helps calm the nervous system and release stress and tension held in the body.

Somatic reset
This somatic online course is designed to gently support recovery from burnout and unresolved stress or trauma. Through guided body-based practices and nervous system regulation, you’ll release built-up tension to restore inner balance, rebuild resilience, and reconnect with a felt sense of safety and vitality. Short, guided practices—an average of 10 minutes a day provides a simple and powerful path back to body balance—at your own pace, from the comfort at your own home.
