I'm Linn, and I'm deeply passionate about health, connection, and sustainability—both within ourselves and to each other and the world around us. My early path led me through roles in environmental and health protection, sustainable development, and healthcare—spanning both somatic and psychiatric care. These experiences laid the foundation for what I do today.

Now, more than ever, I walk the path of supporting a healthier, more sustainable world by guiding people back to themselves and to each other. I believe that, deep down, we all carry the wisdom of what we truly need—sometimes, we just need a reminder. An awakening.

Born and raised in Sweden, I've lived in six different countries, each offering new perspectives and shaping the way I understand people, cultures, and life itself. I’m a nature lover with a playful spirit—I find joy a lot of joy in organic movement.

I spent many years in the biohacking world, which gave me invaluable knowledge about how the human body thrives. Today, I complement that knowledge foundation with deep intuition—listening to the intelligence of the body, even when it challenges the mind. I believe our bodies carry the wisdom we need to heal and grow.​
